Our Shipping Policy

Products are shipped within 3 business days from time of payment. If purchased product is out of stock, it will be shipped within 48 hours upon arrival to The Goddess Next Door. If an ordered item is out of stock, all items will held and shipped together. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable product or color if selected item is unavailable.

Our Return Policy

All products are inspected prior to shipment. Damaged or defective items will be exchanged if returned within 30 days. Refunds are not available for services or downloadable products purchased online. Refused or returned orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee on cancelled and restocked orders. If applicable customer responsible for return shipping charges on cancelled and restocked orders. Refused orders can cause your account to be placed on a “Prepaid Only” status.
