What is Transformational Life Coaching?

Transformational Life Coaching helps you identify areas and patterns in your life that you would like to change (ie. feeling challenged by one obstacle after the next, a pattern of attracting unhealthy relationships, living paycheck to paycheck, recurring stress and tension, sabotaged success, feeling blocked no matter which direction you take, etc.).

Once we determine what you would like to improve, we use an effective process to transform those negative patterns through…

  • Gaining a deeper understanding of the Law of Attraction (energy attracts like energy) and the Law of Reflection (your outer world reflects what’s going on in your inner world) and learn how to use them in your daily life,
  • system which releases the negative thoughts and feelings that are creating the negative patterns,
  • Tools you can use to assist you in your healing process.

What does Transformational Life Coaching involve?

First and foremost, it involves the desire to improve your life and to change yourself for the better. Once that decision is made, the next step is choosing one of our coaching programs.

Each week problem areas are addressed and you learn how to identify what limits you and let go of what holds you back. It’s you, regaining the control you’re always meant to have and living the way you’ve imagined, recreating, manifesting, and creating the life you deserve, one week at a time.

Often people wonder if coaching is like therapy. Transformational Life Coaching does not focus on analyzing or diagnosing your past, instead it focuses on affecting change in your current and future behaviors.

The focus is not analyzing how you think which keeps the whole process in your head; the real transformation comes when you get past the analysis (and the blame, guilt, judgment or whatever) and deal with the feelings, limiting beliefs, and old patterns. And in those discoveries, in those shifts, your life changes.

What can I expect during a session?

A Transformational Life Coaching session is a phone conversation in a safe, supportive environment between you, the self you’ve struggled with and the you of the future. A conversation that’s going to change your life and bring your dreams right to you.

Each coaching call is between 60 and 75 minutes in length. We generally start with a check-in of the week, a few questions about how you’re feeling, and then we dive into what is causing the most challenge for you.

There aren’t any trick questions, you won’t need to figure anything out. Everything gets explained to you, and questions are encouraged. Remember, this is YOUR time to improve YOUR life, and you play a critical role in this.

What do I need to do before my first session? How about after?

Before your first session, I would urge you to do your best to relax, because I know it’s scary, going into something where you don’t know how it’s going to turn out, but trust me, no one’s going to judge you, and I fully believe in you.

After your first session (and really every session), drink plenty of water. When you start to let go, release and transform those suppressed emotions, and you start working through the roadblocks in your path, your body needs water to eliminate the toxins out of your body.

You may also want to keep track of your experiences, so keep a pen and paper or journal handy, and write down your aha moments, insights and successes…you may surprise yourself with what you discover.

How long will it take to improve my life?

I really wish I could tell you that the Basic Program of Transformational coaching cures every problem you’ve had and solves every problem you will ever have, even before they occur. But the truth is, this is not a magic pill.

We’ve all seen, heard about or in some cases bought products and services that promised fast, quick and satisfying results, but how often has that panned out?

With the right plan, right tools and your commitment, the challenges of life can be easier. It’s a process, a path you take from here to there, and sometimes the path is a little rocky and a little scary, but I know you’ll stay on the path when you experience the positive changes and see your life transform into more than you thought possible.

How much can I change in ten weeks? Is ten weeks enough?

When you begin coaching, that’s something we work out together. It’s up to you, really, as to how much you accomplish and how long we work together. It can be ten weeks working on one problem; it could be ten weeks working on a number of smaller problems. What matters is not the amount of problems you transform, what matters is how you feel about your results.
